Quantity Surveying
Here at Simon Bristow Associates, we assist in the preparation of the client's development brief, providing excellent financial and procurement advice.
We carry out financial appraisals to determine the feasibility in line with their requirements, and review alternatives in procurement, material selection and procedures, to always ensure best value.
We gather together and co-ordinate all relevant information to allow for the preparation of tender documentation appropriate for the selected procurement route and project complexity.
We issue and analyse all tender offers, appraising and advising our client before preparing contracts and ancillary documentation.
Throughout the construction phase we provide control and accurate reporting on finances through to final account agreement.
Project Management
Simon Bristow Associates prides itself on providing construction advice and solutions to meet our client's brief and goals.
We advise and co-ordinate on the requirement for other consultants and service providers, to reflect the specific needs of the project works.
We investigate and advise our clients on appropriate methods of contracting and selection of the right form of contract for their works.
We establish and monitor programming of the works to achieve our client's objectives, reporting and controlling the progress of the works throughout the duration of the project from inception to completion.
We provide our clients with the same point of contact throughout the project, with a direct line to Simon Bristow himself, warranting the highest level of commitment and service is received.

“Cubitt House Ltd have worked with Simon Bristow Associates Ltd, on three of their Central London pub fit-outs. The Alfred Tennyson, Belgravia, was a refurbishment and alteration of the existing pub, then The Coach Makers in Marylebone, underwent a £1.6 million contract, refurbishing the whole of the internal and external fabric of the building.
